Oh, we tried to get a takeout order at The Game and they said, we don't do that. If this was a personnel visit, we would have walked out and never looked back, but this was a business trip for work. She cleaned everything and changed out towels etc., yelled out this is disgusting, when she was in the bathroom cleaning. The housekeeping woman was great, (Donna), was great and said that it was not her room but she had helped the regular lady change the beds so she knew they were okay. The worst part was that the toilet underneath the seat was disgusting!!!!!!!!! We called the front desk and they sent someone right up. One of the beds appeared as if it was not changed and some towels in the bathroom were in disarray. We found crackers all over the floor, a French-fries smashed into the floor, a large green pepper lying next to the bed and hair accessories in between the beds. We get to our room, start sanitizing everything, and observe that there is no way this room was ever cleaned. Finally got that accomplished and luggage to room after breaking all the rules to get information. Day one was a nightmare! There is signage telling you there is no valet and no parking signs everywhere at front entrance, but nothing telling you what you need to do to check in and get your luggage to your room.
