Washington County was notified of health code violations this past summer. Unresponsive to staff needs, constant mistakes in scheduling, bar inventory routinely under stocked, bars messy & not kept clean.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Seniority based scheduling makes it very hard for new hires to get premium shifts. What is the best part of working at the company?īartenders & Food Servers generally make good tips. The toke rate is great for the area, so I also made good money there considering I did not have a degree at the time and it wasn't outdoors or manual labor. It made it to where an outside life was very difficult to have. Many of the people that had dealt there for a long time (like myself) left, as the schedule was already difficult in a 24/7/365 operation before the changes. That got very old after about a year (going in at 8am one day, 12pm the next day, 2pm the next day, 10am the next day). When we opened back up after the lock downs, they essentially made table games dealers come in at a different time everyday. I would probably still be there if it wasn't for the changes that happened after COVID. Also had decent insurance options and a very good 401k plan with profit sharing. I genuinely liked 99% of the people I worked with. Overall, I felt like they treated their employees well (at least before COVID).
